Discounted Hotel Reservations
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa on Ka’anapali Beach. This beach front property features beautiful grounds with exotic wildlife and extensive nature-inspired swimming pools with rope bridges, waterfalls, grottoes and waterslides. Golf is available at Ka’anapali’s two popular courses.

Travel Dates: Arriving Saturday, October 19, 2024; Checking out Friday, October 25, 2024. Rooms may be reserved at the group rate three days before and after the event dates, subject to availability.
- The daily resort fee of $45 per night plus tax has been waived for this program, which covers a number of services such as two reusable keepsake water bottles, internet, fitness center admission and shuttles to Ka’anapali and much more.
- Tax of 17.962% not included and will be added to your room charges.
- Rates are for one or two adults. Additional adults over 18 are charged $80 per night. Maximum occupancy is 4 per room with an additional charge of $160 per night. Children 18 and under are free.
- King rooms have a king bed and a full-size pullout sofa bed. Double rooms have a queen bed and a double bed.
- Maui’s Kahului Airport (OGG) is located 27 miles from the Hyatt Regency Maui.
A two-night deposit (room rate and tax) is required at time of booking.
The deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that time are subject to loss of deposit.

The course tuition is refundable, minus a $150 processing fee (PharmDs, RNs, NPs) or a $75 processing fee (students, residents, fellows), if your cancellation is received in writing no later than Friday, October 11, 2024.
Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing by October 11, 2024. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or substitutions be granted. No refunds or credits will be given due to “no shows.” No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather.
All conference activities and meals are exclusively reserved for paid conference attendees. Children and family members are not permitted to partake in conference meals or be in the general session room.
USC Mann and UH Hilo reserve the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary. USC Mann and UH Hilo also reserve the right to cancel this conference, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. USC Mann and UH Hilo encourages the purchase of travel insurance as we are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of USC Mann and UH Hilo cancellation.
