Drugs, alcohol, blow horns, whistles, kites, big backpacks, large hats, balloons, bulky items, speakers, or large signs are not permitted at the event. Balloons must be kept outside of the ceremony area. Guests found with drugs or alcohol will be removed from campus. Graduates are advised to have their guests carry bags and other items.
