FAQs

Tickets are not required to attend the USC Mann Commencement Ceremony.

Tickets are required for the USC Main Stage Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, May 14, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Learn more at commencement.usc.edu.

Drugs, alcohol, blow horns, whistles, kites, big backpacks, large hats, balloons, bulky items, speakers, or large signs are not permitted at the event. Balloons must be kept outside of the ceremony area. Guests found with drugs or alcohol will be removed from campus. Graduates are advised to have their guests carry bags and other items.

USC maintains a smoke-free policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor USC properties, including within vehicles parked on the premises.

No, strollers are not allowed in the ceremony area.

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available. 

Between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Yes, the reception will take place in Pardee Plaza, a short walk from the Commencement site. Light refreshments will be served.

Gowns and hoods of rented regalia should be returned to the drop-off area outside the USC Bookstore. Do not return your cap, tassel, cords, and sashes. You will not get them back.
