Third-year PharmD students at the USC Mann School presented their original research projects at the ninth annual PharmD Scholarly Project Symposium on Friday, March 27, the final step after two years’ worth of research and collaboration.
“Each year, the PharmD Scholarly Project represents the culmination of our students’ growth as scholars. This year’s finalists showcased a diverse mix of science, clinical, education, and AI-focused projects, highlighting the breadth of opportunities in the field of pharmacy,” says Rory Kim, associate professor of clinical pharmacy and director of PharmD Scholarly Projects. “What distinguishes this year is not only the range of topics, but the depth of inquiry and the level of ownership students have taken in conducting their work.”
