Rory E. Kim, PharmD, MACM, BCACP is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Dr. Kim received a PharmD from the University of Kansas. She then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and a Fellowship in Ambulatory Care and Academia at USC. She is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist and has received a Master of Academic Medicine degree from the USC Keck School of Medicine. She directed the USC PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Ambulatory care for 4 years. She is currently the Director of the PharmD Scholarly Project and the Co-Director of USC Mann International Student Summer Program. She chairs the PharmD Curriculum Committee as well as the PharmD Scholarly Project Committee. Dr. Kim continues to practice in the ambulatory care setting as a clinical pharmacist on an interprofessional care team in the Specialty Endocrine Clinic at Los Angeles General Hospital. She coordinates the PharmD Scholarly Project course series and the Pharmacy Literature Analysis and Drug Information course. She has presented and taught regionally, nationally, and internationally on topics related to health professions education, educational technology, inter-professional practice and education, diabetes, and smoking cessation.

Denson B, Kim RE2018 This was a retrospective chart review of patients ≥18 years of age seen in primary care clinics in Los Angeles County with a documented annual health screening (AHS) between January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. Primary outcomes were number and percentage of patients screened for depression with patient health questionnaire (PHQ) assessments, positive depression screenings, and interventions made for positive depression screenings. Secondary outcomes were PCPs' perceptions on management of depression, use of AHS, and roles for psychiatric pharmacists through evaluation of provider survey.
