PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy at Los Angeles General Medical Center

This program prepares residents for specialized patient care, teaching, research, and leadership roles in a variety of mental health settings. The resident will deliver direct patient care across multiple settings including inpatient adult and adolescent psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, psychiatric emergency services, addiction medicine, and outpatient mental health clinics. The resident maintains a longitudinal caseload in outpatient services, practicing under a collaborative practice agreement, and participates in group education, medication management, and interdisciplinary care teams.
