Ashlee Klevens Hayes, PharmD, MHA, has joined USC Mann as a career strategist, a newly created role within the USC Margaret and John Biles Leadership Center. Hayes will provide career counseling and advising to students, with an initial focus on third- and fourth-year PharmD students.
A third-generation alumnus of the school, Hayes is founder of Rx Ashlee, a career-coaching program that specializes in empowering pharmacists to explore nontraditional roles in pharmacy while providing motivation, accountability and confidence.
