At the USC School of Pharmacy, we are proud of the many accomplishments of our distinguished alumni. So proud that this year we have created an alumni awards gala on Sunday, March 15, 2020 to recognize the lifetime achievements and contributions Trojan Pharmacy alumni have made to their communities.
USC School of Pharmacy Alumni Association awards will be given in the following categories. If you know someone worthy of recognition, be sure to nominate him or her for one of these honors.
- Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to an alumnus or alumna who graduated at least 10 years ago and whose accomplishments and/or contributions enhance the School and the profession of pharmacy at the local, state, national or international level
- Young Alumni Award is presented to an recent alumnus or alumna whose accomplishments and/or contributions enhance the School and profession of pharmacy at the local, state, national or international level.
- Community Service Award is presented to an alumnus, alumna or alumni group that develops and implements and/or participates in a program, event, or special outreach effort that contributes to improving the lives of others and recognizes unselfish and extensive service to the community and to humankind.
- Research Achievement Award is presented to an alumnus or alumna who has displayed outstanding, meritorious achievement in any of the pharmaceutical sciences. Contributions to be recognized by this award will be in the areas of basic pharmaceutical, clinical, and economic, social, and administrative sciences.
- Innovation in Pharmacoeconomics Award is presented to an alumnus or alumna who graduated at least 10 years ago and whose accomplishments and/or contributions enhance the School and the profession through innovative work in pharmacoeconomics.
- Innovation in Regulatory Science Award is presented to an alumnus or alumna who graduated at least 10 years ago and whose accomplishments and/or contributions enhance the School and the profession through innovative work in Regulatory Science.
Deadline for nominations is Tuesday, September 17, 2019
