Autumn Walkerly, PharmD, BCPS has joined the faculty as assistant professor of clinical pharmacy (clinician educator), effective September 1.
Her practice site is LAC + USC Inpatient Psychiatry at the Augustus F. Hawkins Mental Health Center, where she cares for patients with severe and persistent mental illness. She is actively involved in professional pharmacy organizations, including the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists.
Prior to her faculty appointment, she completed her PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency at Michigan Medicine at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
