The goal is to design, plan implement, and manage the services given at the KIHMI Community and Health Reference centers.
Initiatives
- Implement and provide services at Health Reference Center
- Manage the hospice and provide patient care
- Design and implement a complementary education program for children
- Collaborate with the SES group to design vocational programs to educate the community in different aspects of the business
- Identify patients and families affected with Huntington's Disease (HD) and guide them to obtain the proper medical attention and education
- Design programs and campaigns to promote disease awareness in communities with a high incidence of HD and other neurodegenerative diseases i.e. Radio Novela accomplishes this goal via a storytelling format
- Team with the communications group to promote projects and campaigns associated with specific projects
